Das Management-Team der IT IS AG
Gut vorbereitet in den Informationsabend: Die IT IS AG mit ihrem Vorstand Dipl.-Ing. Jörg Lorenz, Anke Lorenz und Christopher Lorenz freuen sich auf die zahlreichen angekündigten Gäste. Gezeigt wird auch das Hosting im Rechenzentrum, was besondere Vorbereitungen erfordert. Das ganze Team der IT IS AG hatte schon seit Wochen Vorbereitungen getroffen, um sicher zu informieren.
Spannende Vorträge
Im Foyer der IT IS AG konnten die zahlreichen Gäste die Zukunft der Digitalisierung von kleinen bis großen Unternehmen erfahren. Eine beispielhafte Vorstellung der Systeme Odoo als ERP-System, Alfresco als DMS und Share und Zimbra als Mail- und Groupwareclient zeigte dabei, wie jedes Unternehmen seine Prozesse digitalisieren kann.
Rechenzentrum und Cybersecurity
Auch zu den Themen Hosting und Cybersecurity war den Teilnehmern ein informatives Abendprogramm geboten.
Kleine Gruppen wurden durch das hauseigene Rechenzentrum der IT IS AG mit 960 Servern geführt, wo Mitarbeiter die Funktionen der Server, die Sicherheit des Data Centers und sonstige Räume der technischen Verwaltung des IT-Dienstleisters erklärten. Ein Vortrag, wie organisatorische und technische Maßnahmen bei IT IS umgesetzt werden und auch in jedem anderen Unternehmen umgesetzt werden können, war für die Besucher natürlich von besonderem Interesse.
Im Data Center Control Room werden die Server des Hosting-Anbieters überwacht und Angriffe auf die Firewall live dargestellt. Hier konnten die Gäste hautnah dabei sein, wie Hacker auf der ganzen Welt am unerlaubten Zugriff auf IT IS-Server durch deren Sicherheitskonzept scheitern.
Weitere vortragende Gäste waren Prof. Dr. Karl Stoffel, Präsident der HAW Landshut und Philipp Landerer, Netzwerkmanager des LINK e.V. Der LINK e.V. unterstützt mit seinen Mitgliedern, welche aus bekannten regionalen Unternehmen bestehen,
Start-Ups beim Aufbau und Wachstum in der Geschäftswelt. Querom Elektronik GmbH ist eines dieser Start-Ups und stellte sich und sein digital innovatives Leistungsspektrum an diesem Abend vor.

After the arrival and the setup of our booth in hall 6, we went to the CeBIT Welcome Night. Important figures such as the CEOs of Hitachi and Bitkom, Federal Minister Wanka, the Prime Minister of this year's Partner Country Japan and the German Chancellor Dr. Ing. Angela Merkel talked about this year's CeBIT.
Expectations, hopes and future prospects in technology were central themes. The uncertainty of many people in digitization was also admonished. But the opportunities should be exploited and the spread of digitization is a major political goal.
Then business contacts could be maintained during a chat during the subsequent meal.
Live demos from Odoo, Alfresco and Zimbra
Beim Start der Messe am Montag starteten die Mitarbeiter der IT IS AG voller Elan in die Messewoche. Mit einigen Mitausstellern liegt unser Stand auf dem Gemeinschaftsstand der Bayern Innovativ an einer der Hauptverkehrsadern der Halle 6 und gehört somit zu den bestbesuchtesten Ständen.
Viele Interessierte der 200.000 Besucher besuchten uns dort, um sich über unsere ausgestellten Produkte Odoo, Alfresco und Zimbra zu informieren. Diese führen wir in Live-Demos vor. Unsere Mitarbeiter nahmen sich für jeden Interessenten Zeit, seine Fragen in einem Einzelgespräch zu beantworten und direkt am System vorzuführen.
Allabendliche Veranstaltungen
Einige Aussteller organisierten auf Ihrem Stand-Partys nach der eigentlichen Messe.
So auch am Montag die Gemeinschaftsstände Nordrheinwestfalens und der Schweiz. Bei grandioser Live-Musik konnten Aussteller und eingeladene Besucher nicht nur auf der Tanzfläche Spaß haben, sondern auch networken, kulinarische Köstlichkeiten genießen.
Außerdem konnten wir uns vom mehrfachen deutschen Meister im Tischfußball Johannes Kirsch Kicker-Tips geben lassen. Leider halfen die Ratschläge nur bedingt im anschließenden Match, bei dem unsere Mitarbeiter aber immerhin doch zwei Gegentore erzielen konnten.
Der Bayern-Tag
Am Mittwoch war Bayern-Tag auf dem Stand der Bayern Innovativ.
Tagsüber lockte ein original niederbayerisches Blasmusik-Quartett die Ohren der Besucher zum Stand. In zünftiger Tracht setzten wir unser Motto auch abends bei der Bayern-Party fort.
Staatssekretär Albert Füracker, der Vorstand der Deutsche Messe AG, Dr. Wolfram v. Fritsch und der Geschäftsführer von Bayern Innovativ, Dr. Rainer Seßner sprachen zu den geladenen Gästen und eröffneten die Party. Bei einem Bier und bayerischen Brez'n unterhielten sich Aussteller und Industriegrößen aus Bayern und anderen Ländern.
